The term “RRPC” when used throughout this agreement is hereby defined as Rooster Ridge Pheasant Club LLC. Please READ and scroll to submit this release.
Membership Fees
The Member is required to pay RRPC membership fees payable in full upon signing this contract. The membership is good for one year upon sign-up and payment received.
The rights granted by this membership are not assignable or transferable to third parties, in whole or in part. Member’s privileges may be suspended or canceled if used for or by nonmembers.
Members are allowed to bring up to but not exceeding 3 guests each visit. Guests are required to fill out appropriate forms as necessary. Members agree to provide proof of identification to prove membership when asked by an employee of RRPC.
Members understand and agree that all bird prices and other costs quoted at this time are projected prices. Prices for birds are based on market value and availability; they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change at the discretion of RRPC.
Members understand that dogs and handlers are provided upon request but are not included with the annual membership fee.
Members also acknowledge that provided dogs and handlers offer no guarantee as to the success of harvesting birds.
Member further acknowledges and understands that no warranty, whether expressed or implied, is made by RRPC as to the condition of the hunting premises (Hereafter known as “RRPC Premises”) located in Missoula County, Montana, or of any roads, buildings, gates or other improvements located thereon.
Members agree to pay for any and all damages caused by or due to the negligence of the member, their guests, including any and all minor children, or their dogs while on the premises of RRPC.
Members whose name, address, and information appear on this agreement, agrees to honor hunting privileges arising out of the use of said club in accordance with the rules, regulations, by-laws and policies of the company as the same are promulgated from time to time.
The undersigned acknowledges that membership in RRPC permits the member to use the facilities, but is not an investment in RRPC, nor does it confer on the member any equity or ownership interest or any property interest in RRPC, but does grant the member a revocable license to use the club facilities. The member further acknowledges that they have no voting or management rights. This membership is subject to any and all state, federal and local laws and regulations as the same may now or hereafter exist.
RRPC prides itself on making your time in the field fun and successful. We will do all we can to help you find and retrieve your birds. Weather, dogs, ability and many other factors come into play while HUNTING. Therefore RRPC cannot guarantee success rates on birds harvested.
Members Right to Cancel
If within 3 days of signing this membership agreement a member wishes to cancel, they may do so by mailing a written or typed notice to Rooster Ridge Pheasant Club at 610 North Grove Street Missoula, MT 59804.
Use of membership during this 3 day period voids your right to cancel. After the 3rd day, all sales are final. Memberships are non-transferable and non-assignable.
I/We fully acknowledge and understand the terms and conditions of this contract.
I/We further confirm that the information and data that We have provided is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I/We also agree that if my information provided is false or not accurate, RRPC reserves the right to immediately cancel my membership.

Rule and Regulations:
Members agree to check in each time before hunting on the preserve and to check out before leaving.
RRPC hunts are made by reservation only. Times are based on scheduling, group size and safety concerns.
Hunt only in an area designated for your hunt. Motor vehicles must stay on established roads and park in only the designated parking areas.
Members agree to make their best effort to remove any and all trash including shell casings while hunting on the preserve.
The use of alcohol or illegal drugs while hunting at RRPC. will result in immediate cancellation of membership.
Observe and follow rules and safety practices established by the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks regulations.
All hunters must possess a hunter safety number if born after Dec. 31 , 1965.
RRPC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please be respectful of the other hunters, their dogs, property, and employees of RRPC.
No loaded firearms in any area other than your designated hunting area.
RRPC. requires hunters orange while hunting on RRPC. premises.
